We start with a call to understand your vision. We discuss your needs, general budget, and check your property’s zoning and setback requirements.
We visit your home to see the space. We collaborate with architects and designers to create preliminary plans for your new room addition or home addition.
Once plans are approved, we engineer the project for the Florida wind codes and provide a clear, itemized breakdown of costs for the entire new construction project.
This is the main event. Our crews handle every phase: foundation, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and all interior finishes, with constant on-site supervision.
As a licensed GC, we manage and guarantee passing all the different city inspections (structural, electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc.). We then walk the entire project with you.
We conduct a final review, provide all warranty documentation, and leave you to enjoy your beautiful, new, and expanded home.

A home addition is new construction, not just a remodel. It legally requires a licensed GC to manage structural engineering, foundations, roof tie-ins, and complex permits. A simple “remodeler” is not licensed (or insured) for this scope of work.
Permits for home additions are the most complex. They involve zoning, setbacks, structural engineering, and adherence to High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) codes. As your GC, we manage this entire bureaucratic process from start to finish.
