The project features premium, two-tone aluminum cabinetry (navy blue and light grey) and is clad in stunning veined porcelain slabs used for countertops, full-height backsplashes, and waterfall-edge islands. The distinct areas include a dual kamado grill station (Big Green Egg), a separate L-shaped kitchen with a gas grill, an induction cooktop, and a central prep island, plus a full bank of floor-to-ceiling storage cabinets.

We are a qualified General Contractor company, which gives us the ability to build your house from the ground up. This ability puts our company above many companies in the industry allowing us to provide full operation & coding control in areas like: plumbing, electrical, and structural among others. To make sure that everything is done accordingly with dimensions and construction standards we do not hire handymen who know a little bit of everything. On the contrary, we have specialized and licensed people for every area of the project with the experience and the ability to find a solution if and when a problem arises.

We charge a fee that is refundable when you start the project. Our estimates are not just a price and involve detailed renderings. We invest ample time to your estimate and you will have a very complete scope of work that has value to you.

No we only install what we provide and the reasons is because you want your contractor to be responsible:

Before: At the beginning of the process, when placed orders are received we verify that each product arrives correctly in terms of style and/or finish/color. We also ensure there are no manufacturer defects and should there be any we are able to resolve it immediately without delaying the project.

During: In the process of installation and handling of the product, there may be missing or defective components or brake it while installing; therefore, Fresh FKB is completely responsible for the product to be replaced on a timely manner to avoid delays on the project timeframe at no cost to the customer.

After: Products purchased through Fresh FKB will be fully warranted for a year under the company’s responsibility. We will send one of our specialists to verify any issues that may arise with the selected product during the year period. Should it have a factory defect, it will be replaced with labor included at company’s expense.

INSTALLATION: Apart from the warranty provided with each purchase through Fresh FKB, another advantage is the included installation fee in most products and the ones that do not, only have a flat rate.

How long to start the project after contract?

We always consider 2 to 3 weeks, this the time that our company use to get ready with all the product so we can start with confidence that we can finish on time.

Any remodeling project can bring discomfort and stress to the daily routine at home. At Fresh FKB we want to help you get ready for the process and keep your stress as low as possible reason why we have created a “Set-Up Guideline”. On site we will advise the customer what to do to avoid any breakage of items & dust control during demolition, and at least once a day your working, area will be cleaned and organized. It is important that you know that we do not keep any trash or debris onsite. Everything goes from the demolition area to our trucks, it doesn’t matter how much it can be. At the same time, our team will prepare so the starting day they will be covering floors, frames, corners from the exit to the jobsite.

This factor is dependent on the project and a particular stage of your project. Rest assure your project manager will advice you on how many people you can expect for your job on specific days.

This is also dependent on your particular project. We understand the importance of communication and will include you on the lead times and schedules as we set them.
